How do I create and configure a price list in System.io?

If you have a product or service that you want to sell with System.io, that's great. But in order to sell, you need to set the price of your product or service and configure it in the platform.

In this article, you will learn how to create and configure your pricing in System.io.

"Having a product to sell is good. Setting your own price to sell it is even better!"

What is the purpose of creating a price list in System.io?

It serves to communicate the price of your product/service to your future customers. But also to meet legal obligations. Or simply, it allows you to offer your future customers the opportunity to purchase your product/service.

Because if you don't put a price on it, how can you expect your future customers to buy your offer? If there is no price on your offer, they won't be able to use their credit card or pay you via PayPal. It's logical, and you'll agree that it would be a shame.

Then anyway, we have to set prices, so the question doesn't arise...

I have an incredible offer for you!

Creating and configuring a price list with System.io

In this section, we will look at how to create and configure a pricing plan with System.io. And you can do this regardless of the payment method you want to offer your future customers. Your future customers will have a choice, and no excuses not to buy.

Create and configure a one-time payment rate in system io

A one-time payment rate. This is when your future customer pays the amount you ask for in a single payment. They enter their credit card details or pay with PayPal, and that's it. Of course, you then have to deliver the service.

To create and configure a one-time payment, go to your payment page settings. Click on the large + to the right of "Offer price."

Then click on "Create a new rate."

Finally, fill in the required fields. Select the payment type from the "One-time payment" drop-down list. Enter the amount for your product/service.

You record it and you're done.

Create and configure installment payments on the io system

The steps are the same as above. But when you get to the step where you are asked to select the payment type from the drop-down list, select "Payment in installments." Additional fields will then appear.

Fill in the fields. Save, and you're done.

    Hello,

How to change the price of an existing rate without changing its position in the final order form (several prices are offered and can be selected)

    Thank you!

      Hello Catherine,

Normally, we only put one price on a payment page to avoid problems like that, so I don't know, I can't answer that question.

      Try to contact SIO support.

    Hello,

I currently have the free version of Système.io, and I can't figure out how to set up pricing.

    Thank you for your help.

      Hello Joel,

Can you be more specific about your concern because normally when reading this article or the article on systeme.io, you should be able to do it without any difficulty.

    Hello,

Okay, so we can set up the rates, but what happens next with installment payments?

Does Stripe simply collect the amount on a fixed date?

Do we have any recourse if the payment is not successful?

    What fees does Stripe charge?

    Answer
    • Remy

      Hi Muriel,

The payment date depends on the date on which the customer subscribed to your offer. For example, if a customer subscribes to an offer with eight payments and subscribed to the offer on the 2nd of the month, a payment will be taken on the 2nd of each month for eight months.

If a payment fails, you can see the procedure here.

As for the fees for new Stripe payment attempts, I believe it's free, but I'll let you ask the Stripe support instead.
