What is the purpose of creating a price list in System.io?

Creating and configuring a price list with System.io
In this section, we will look at how to create and configure a pricing plan with System.io. And you can do this regardless of the payment method you want to offer your future customers. Your future customers will have a choice, and no excuses not to buy.
Create and configure a one-time payment rate in system io
A one-time payment rate. This is when your future customer pays the amount you ask for in a single payment. They enter their credit card details or pay with PayPal, and that's it. Of course, you then have to deliver the service.
To create and configure a one-time payment, go to your payment page settings. Click on the large + to the right of "Offer price."
Then click on "Create a new rate."
Finally, fill in the required fields. Select the payment type from the "One-time payment" drop-down list. Enter the amount for your product/service.
You record it and you're done.
Create and configure installment payments on the io system
The steps are the same as above. But when you get to the step where you are asked to select the payment type from the drop-down list, select "Payment in installments." Additional fields will then appear.
Fill in the fields. Save, and you're done.
Create and configure a recurring payment (subscription) with System.io
Once again, follow the same steps as above. Except that in the payment type, you will select "Subscription." Fill in the fields. Save, and you're done.

The payment date depends on the date on which the customer subscribed to your offer. For example, if a customer subscribes to an offer with eight payments and subscribed to the offer on the 2nd of the month, a payment will be taken on the 2nd of each month for eight months.

As for the fees for new Stripe payment attempts, I believe it's free, but I'll let you ask the Stripe support instead.
