What is a System.io member site?

A System.io member site corresponds to the creation of an online training course. You can give your customer access once they have paid, no more, no less, and of course, this can be automated.

System io member site, what is it for?

A member area in System.io will allow you to simply deliver your product/service to your customer once they have paid, and you can automate the entire process.

If you sell online training courses, digital products, or coaching services, for example, everything will be automated. Your customer pays on your order form page, which unlocks access to the online training course they have purchased.

You can also set up staggered access, meaning that the customer will have access to the next module or chapter of your training course, for example, two days or one week after the previous one. It's up to you to decide.

How to host your online training courses on System.io?

Your online courses will be hosted in the cloud, and System.io will take care of storage management. Hosting your courses is included in your package—life is good!

You won't incur any additional costs because, in case you didn't know, it's extremely expensive to host training videos on Vimeo, for example, and NO, YouTube is not a good place to host your online training courses. I thought about that too at first...

Except that YouTube can decide to delete your channel at any time, so what will you do about your customers?
Well, you'll have to refund them, which would be a shame...

On System.io, your online training courses will be accessible 24/7, and the big advantage over competitors is that it's UNLIMITED—you can upload as many videos as you want. The only limit is that each video must be no larger than 2 GB.

Creation of the member area in System.io

To begin, hover your mouse over "Sales" in the menu and click on "My courses." You will then see a list of all your courses. If this is your first course, there will of course be nothing there. Next, click on "Create." The software will ask you for some information in order to set up the member area for the course.

• The name of your band
• The description
• The access path (you can enter the URL of your choice here)
• The main color of the training space
• Images for your training
• HTML/JS code for tracking purposes or to add chat software
• The domain name of your training program

Congratulations, you've created a training course, but that's just the container. Now we're going to put the content in it. Because, as Bill Gates said, content is king.

Creation of training modules in System.io

Now, click on "New Module" and give your module a name. Then click on "Add Chapter" and enter the name of the chapter.

I recommend adding a small image, as it will be more convenient for your students and help them find their way around more easily. You can also control access to content, for example, if you want your students to only have access to one video per day.

You will then be redirected to the page builder, which will allow you to format your chapter and add content.

Now you have a training course with one module and one chapter. If you hover your mouse over the "Sales" menu, then "My training courses," and click on your training course, your page should look like this.

How do I add students to online courses in the io system?

In most cases, your student will be automatically added to your online course since you will have set this up (it's easy). But how do you manually add a student to your online course?

It's very simple: click on "Sales" in the menu, select your course, click on "Add a student," fill in the following fields, and you're all set.

• Your student's first name
• Your student's name
• Your student's email address
• The type of access they will have (full access so they can access everything immediately, or distilled content so they can access content gradually)

Systeme io member sites for physical products

Systeme.io member sites are useless for physical products because the difference lies in the offer. If you sell a physical product on Systeme.io, you will of course have to ship it, etc.

But a member area won't be of any use to you for your physical products.

On the other hand, you can create your sales funnels to promote and sell your physical products, set up email sequences to convince prospects, implement automations, etc.

Advanced use of member sites system io

Having a well-designed and effective Systeme.io member site is good for your customers and is even necessary because otherwise they won't come back and won't recommend you.
