Most of the time, when you build a qualified lead acquisition funnel with system.io, prospects leave their email address on the email capture page so that you can do lead nurturing. But you can also use calendly to filter your leads or simply organize your schedule.

2nd solution for adding Calendly prospect emails to system.io

It's the good old copy and paste...

Yes, you can copy and paste your prospect's email from Calendly to systeme.io. Go to the "Contacts" section of systeme.io, then click on "Add a contact," enter the information, and click on "Save."

Now, if you have a lot of emails to add, you should export your email list from Calendly, then import it into systeme.io. Go to the "Contacts" menu, then click on "Import contacts" and follow the steps.

Simply import the CSV file that you previously exported from Calendly. Pay attention to the delimiter (comma, period, etc.).

3rd solution to automatically integrate emails from Calendly prospects into system.io

This solution is pretty cool. You can use a tool called "Zapier" to automate the import of emails from Calendly to system.io.
