What is io system contact management?
Contact management is extremely simple in System.io because it involves creating and assigning tags to your contacts.
In concrete terms, what is a tag in System.io?
Well, it's just a word that you automatically or manually assign to your contact, which will trigger actions or not, as the case may be. The goal is to automate and segment your contacts.
For example, when a new contact enters your sales funnel, you can assign them the tag "Prospect," and when they purchase your product/service, you can assign them the tag "Customer."
And it's super fun to do that with the workflow editor. ????
Tags can trigger the following actions:
- Add a tag to the contact
- Delete a tag from the contact
- Providing access to hands-on training
- Add the contact to an email campaign
- Unsubscribe the contact from an email campaign
- Call a webhook (when an event occurs in SIO, the request will be sent to the webhook URL)
- Send an email to the contact
- Send an email to a specific address
This is just a taste of what's to come. We'll explore all the possibilities in the final article of my free starter guide to System.io.
